JOVI ZALAMEA

Jovi spent 25 years at Goldman Sachs across its New York, Hong Kong and Singapore offices. He brings with him broad experience in investment banking advisory, structuring and financial risk management. He is a veteran growth markets banker, having worked with Latin American and Southeast Asian markets. Most recently, Jovi served as Goldman Sachs’ country head for Philippines and Vietnam where Jovi advised on financing and M&A transactions and was responsible for building Goldman Sachs’ relationships with the markets’ top corporations and institutions.

Jovi received his MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and BA in Economics and Mathematics (magna cum laude) from the University of the Philippines.

TECK SIEW EE

Teck Siew has more than 20 years' experience in managing financial operations and transformation of public companies and private equity owned portfolio companies. Teck Siew was Infastech's Finance Director and worked closely with Randy and Soo Jin since 2010. In 2015, Teck Siew joined Ying Shing (a Platinum Equity portfolio company) as CFO and was instrumental in the subsequent acquisition and merger of Fischer Tech.

Teck Siew is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor in Accountancy and an Executive MBA, both from Nanyang Technological University.

Donald Chan

Donald has more than 20 years' experience in non-profit, private and public sectors. He was formerly the Managing Director Asia Pacific for CDP where he set up the Asia Pacific office for the leading non-profit which manages the global environmental disclosure system for corporate and cities. Prior to that, Donald was an operating partner of Temasek Holdings where he was instrumental in setting up and operationalizing of new platforms, ventures and financial vehicles.   ​

Donald has an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from University of Sydney. 

JIM HUANG

Jim joined with more than 5 years of investment banking and equity research experience. Prior to joining PrimeMovers Equity, Jim was an Associate from Wells Fargo Corporate and Investment Banking focusing on M&A Financing. Prior to Wells Fargo, Jim was with Desjardins Capital Markets Equity Research focusing on the Consumer sector.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto.

GARRETH LEE

Garreth has more than 2 years of investment banking experience. Prior to joining PrimeMovers Equity, Garreth was an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs focusing on advising and executing both domestic and cross-border M&A and financing transactions in different industries across Southeast Asia.

Garreth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the National University of Singapore.
