Elizabeth has over 12 years of experience in healthcare and is a fully certified Speech-Language Pathologist. Prior to joining PME, she built extensive clinical expertise across both the U.S. and Singapore healthcare systems. In the United States, she worked in sub-acute and rehabilitation settings with organizations such as Affirma Rehabilitation, RehabCare, ONR Rehabilitation, and Encore Rehabilitation Services. In Singapore, her experience spans both the private and social service sectors. She currently serves as the President of Speech and Language Therapy Singapore and the Singapore National Observer for the Asian Dysphagia Society.

Elizabeth holds a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from California State University, East Bay and Bachelor of Science, Communication Sciences and Disorders from Biola University (USA).
